View All Deployments is slow for non-admins

      Further to BAM-13643, viewing the deployment dashboard is particularly slow for non-admin users due to many permission checks being made. The difference may be even more pronounced once BAM-13643 is fixed, although it will certainly be much faster then before the fix.

            Closing this as a duplicate of BAM-18284. Deployment Project page is slow in general for larger datasets. Permissions check for non-admins add a few cents to responsiveness but it's not a culprit.
