Allow specifying minutes in trigger schedule

      The "Daily" and "Days per week" trigger schedule doesn't let you change the minutes field from "00" when choosing an Interval any of:

      • every 15 minutes
      • every 30 minutes
      • every hour
      • every 2 hours
      • every 3 hours

      This prevents you from spreading multiple triggers across the hour.
