Ability to configure builds on multiple building strategies.

      we would like to set up our plans that they automatically start whenever changes occur (e.g. repository polling mode), but at least once a day.

      Is there an easy way doing this? Well, we could however duplicate each plan, but that wouldn't be a favorite for us...
