Bamboo should JIRA style linkformat to integrate better with other webrepositories.

      Currently, web repository URL's are hardcoded in Bamboo to follow fisheye and viewCVS URL format. This limits on how Bamboo can be linked to other web repositories.

      In future, it should be possible to configure Bamboo with customizable strings for Web Repository URL's

      E.g. http://www.example.com/websvn/listing.php?repname=Kiodex%20SVN&sc=1&rev=${rev}
