Deploy/Build fails to delete files with unicode filenames

When doing a build or deploy that is trying to clean the working/build directory of a build that has files with unicode filename, the cleaning step fails on deleting the files

The only workaround at that point, is to manually log into the bamboo server and delete the files directly from the filesystem.
