Ability to disable/delete IM Server

      Currently, if user has IM notification configured and wants to disable/delete this functionality, all plans need to be edited to change notifications and users can't disable/delete the IM server from configuration page.

      Users should be given a option to delete IM server settings from the Administration -> IM Server page.
