jsvn.bat refers to 1.8.5 but only svnkit-1.7.6.jar bundled

    Description

      $BAMBOO_INST/scripts/lib/jsvn.bat sets SVNKIT_VER=1.8.5 but $BAMBOO_INST/scripts/lib only includes svnkit-1.7.6.jar.

      Running jsvn.bat will return:
      Error: Could not find or load main class org.tmatesoft.svn.cli.SVN

      The issue can be worked around by making svnkit-1.8.5.jar available, but this should be included by default
