      Problem:

      When using the npm task in Bamboo it automatically adds a post-build cleanup task, npm Cache Cleanup, and re-downloads all dependencies adding unnecessary time to the deployment process.

      Please allow the ability to disable npm cleanup or refine to use dependencies already downloaded when the task ran originally.

            solution: In Bamboo go to Add-ons > select, System add-ons > search, Bamboo Node.js Support. From there we can disable the npm Cache Cleanup module that runs.

            Even when not using the npm task in the build plan, this npm cache cleanup is running and deleting artifacts that we don't want deleted, for build speed sake.
