SSO portal is not redirected properly for absolute URL

      For URL configured in seraph-config.xml, absolute URL are redirected the same way as relative urls.

      Example, if the SSO portal is http://www.example.com, the resulting login URL becomes http://bambooURL/http://www.example.com.

      This isn't the case for other products such as JIRA.
