Error when reordering items on the build activity page

When using the Build Activity page and there are only two build waiting to build I get a JS error if I try to reorder the items and the reorder fails.If there are more than 2 items waiting then the reorder works. I've attached a screen shot of the web page and the JS Error console with error. We usually have at most 2 items waiting so unfortunately I hit this a lot.
