Notify user about User Management status while migration/cloning process

    Description

      Client is running Bamboo and "Users and groups from JIRA or Crowd" or "Custom user repository" is selected under "Bamboo administration >> Security >> User repositories".

      After running the Bamboo export, the "atlassian-user.xml" keeps the configuration described above and there are great chances client not being able to log in after the migration/cloning is complete as the User management is associated with JIRA/Crowd or LDAP.

      It would be interesting on having a notification informing the client about User repositories configuration.
