Results returned on the system error page should be limited to the most 500 errors

Looking at one of our build servers today, the build activity shows that there are 3,902 errors logged in the past days. But when trying to view them through the admin ui, the page times out after a minute or so (and I just get a nice electric charlie).

I suggest to limit the number of errors returned by the initial page load of /admin/systemErrors.action to a limit of 500 and offer e.g. a pagination or lazy loading to fetch the remainin errors as I need them.

Bonus points for allowing me to group / filter errors with the same problem (e.g. exclude all Unable to detect changes errors).

Impact
I'm currently unable to view the system error page due to the high number of errors. I don't know how to reduce the number of errors, AFAIK the Clear all error logs button is only on the page itself.
