"Repository triggers the build" does not work when using Github

When using Github, "Repository triggers the build when changes are committed" trigger does not work. "Polling the repository for changes" trigger type works as expected, showing all the changes. Example in attached screenshots shows a commit that did not trigger the build. Running the plan manually after 18 minutes shows the changes.

I can only agree with my previous speaker, using polling instead can not be the desired approach.

I would like to raise this as a high priority. The whole point of setting up CI with repos is to have that relationship drive the builds and deploys of code. Three years of this not working seems quite excessive, and a failure of a major feature.
