Description
In Bamboo 5.7, when presented with the challenge "Please enter the word as shown below" and an image, the user cannot log in.
Whether they enter the correct CAPTCHA response or not, they can never log in unless an administrator resets your status.
Workaround
An administrator will need to reset the user's failed login attempts by:
- going to Administration → User Management,
- searching for the user in question and clicking Edit,
- clicking clear failed captcha attempts.
