Builds triggered from JIRA by releasing a version will not be executed

Details

    Description

      Builds created from JIRA (for example by releasing a version) will remain queued for release and eventually cancelled.

      The build will not show any error message, it will remain in a queued state until eventually cancelled automatically after about 720 seconds.

      The following error is thrown in the Bamboo system error log:

      Reloading the JIRA add-on and restarting the Bamboo instance will not solve this.

      Workaround
      Manually start Builds from Bamboo or have them based on Commit triggers
