Allow for the clover tab to scroll if needed.

We are a perl shop that uses Devel::Cover to report results about our test coverage. In order to play nice with Bamboo we are utilizing Devel::Cover::Report::Clover. However just the clover.xml that is generated with this plugin is not enough to satisfy our needs..

As such we generate an html file, with the conventional cover -report html_basic. We are then able to load the file into Bamboo's UI under the Clover Tab by telling Bamboo about the html that is produced by this report format.

However our framework produces a html page, that if viewed in the Bamboo UI, the clover tab, will cut off the majority of our results. Basically our framework has so many files that when Devel::Cover::Report::html_basic formats the page in top down format, most of the things are below the page fold.

Can we please either allow this to detect if it needs a scroll bar, or some how load the entire page into the view portal
