No, no known issues, the root cause for this had been identified and fixed. Can you open a support request at support.atlassian.com? Please include your server log, agent log and the build log from the time this happened.

To add on to my comment. We are having the same issue with larger artifacts being unavailable. We are also occasionally not getting the 'unavailable' message in the logs, but on the build artifact page, it says 'No files found in the "File size" column', and the build still passes.

Is there still any known issues with this ticket?

            Thanks,

We just upgraded to 5.9.7 and are still having this issue.

We haven't been able to identify the root cause behind this problem yet. However, we have replaced the publish mechanism and we will release an updated version for 5.9 within ~3 weeks. It would be great if you could upgrade and report back.

I've been advised that this may be at the root of an issue we are seeing. If that is the case, then I echo Mark's comment above: this is breaking our builds. I'm not sure how this is a Minor defect, open for more than a year, and currently un-assigned.

How can this be a low priority?
Builds are failing because of this and need manual restart.

We see this problem in 5.8.1. Randomly happens, but seems to be related to large artifact. It seems like if the artifact is not completed within some time interval, a second attempt is made without checking or cleaning up first. Logs seem to show this, as well as, abandoned transient artifacts in the artifact folder.

We are seeing the same problem on Bamboo 5.6.2

Pretty sure that BAM-14580 is the same behaviour. The difference is that this job has dependencies on the artifact that is produced.
