Pulling from public repositories with no password fails

Environment: Windows 7 32bit in a VM

Repro Steps:
1. Create plan (Create->Create a new plan), enter plan details
2. Enter following information in the 'Source Repositories' section:

• Source Repository: Bitbucket
• Display name: My Repository
• Username: atlassian_dragons
• Password: <leave blank>
  3. Click "Load Repositories"
• Confirm that default repository url appears (...atlassian_dragons/dragonslayers)
  4. Leave the rest of fields in their default values
  5. Click "Configure Plan"
  6. Click "Add Task" and add a Maven build step
  7. Save Maven build step and check Enable plan
  8. Click "Create"

Expected Results: Build to run successfully
Actual Results: The build produces an error "Unable to detect changes" (error details added as an attachment BambooException.rtf)

Workaround: To work around this problem in Step 2 a fake Password can be supplied e.g. "fakepass"
