Notification for when build starts

      In the notifications tab for a plan, I would like an option to notify when a build starts.

            We have Bamboo configured with plan branches and we are running only one agent. When a change is committed to master, the build on the branches also gets invoked. Since there's only one agent, we have a race condition where any one of the branches could be building. The notification would help me to figure out which build was triggered.
