Bamboo instance should be paused automatically before server runs out of disk space

Bamboo should check for disk space, and if it detects that the server is running out of disk space the instance should be paused to avoid taking new builds.

It is possible to pause Bamboo server by calling a simple HTTP POST, so it would be just a matter of programming a script that will pause Bamboo when there would be less than 10% of disk free.
