Unable to select shared artifact when Deployment is linked to branch of the plan

Problem Description
If the Deployment project was pointed to the branch instead of the master or trunk of the plan, somehow you can't choose the shared artifact inside Artifact Download task when you configure the environment of Deployment.

Steps to replicate

1. Make sure you have Shared Artifact on branch enabled plan
2. Point the deployment project to Master/Trunk of the Plan
3. Configure the environment's task of that Deployment project
4. Choose the Artifact Download task and notice the Shared Artifact list will appear
5. Edit the Deployment project and point it to any of the branch instead
6. Edit the environment task again
7. On the Artifact Download task, you will notice that the Shared Artifact list is missing
