Project Scoped Variable

Can we have project scoped variable.
UseCase :
3 bamboo projects : Development, Integration, production having 25 plans each. We want to clone a Development plan to integration. To refer to source repository URL, we have a path variable which can be set at project level. branch.name =

{Development/Integration}

Development : abc.com/source/

{branch.name}/java/project1
