Make inject variable task have build plan scope

Currently the task allows you to inject a Bamboo variable value for a job. I'd like this to work for other jobs, stages,...

Currently my workaround is..

• The job that gets the value to be injected creates a txt file, then I share this artifact with other jobs.
• The job that is going to use the Bamboo variable declares a dependency with this artifact, and then injects the variable through the task.

I'd like to inject the value in anywhere in the build plan, and then have access to it.
