createInitialVolume.sh and generateSnapshot.sh does not respect Elastic Bamboo AWS region

    Description

      createInitialVolume.sh and generateSnapshot.sh are not specifying region when calling EC2 CLI tools, so these scripts does not work when elastic bamboo is configured for non-default region.

      I tried to set AWS_DEFAULT_REGION environment variable before running these scripts - this did not help.
