Bamboo - allow for environment and deployment plan cloning-copying

I spend considerable amount of my time manually copying the individual deployment plans, environments and environment tasks as I build new deployment plans and corresponding environements.

Please allow for copying an existing deployment plan into a new deployment plan.

Also please allow for copying existing environment into a new environment.
