I always seem to find myself looking for the 'Build Actions' menu on the results page, then when i remember that it's not there, i need to click over to the plan then and select it. lots of times when i'm looking at a failed build (maybe i got there from the link in the email) i decide i need to trigger a manual build. this would seem to be a natural place to have the menu.
