Description
Deployment project (Deployment for First 510 Project) is triggered by a plan (First 510 Plan).
I have a user that is part of a group - other than the bamboo-admin group. The user has:
1) View/Edit/Build/Clone/Admin permissions on the Plan
2) View/Edit/Deploy on the environment
3) View/Edit on the Deployment project
If I login with this user and select "Stop Deployment" when it's still running I receive an access denied error.
- If the user is a bamboo-admin, selecting "Stop Deployment" correctly stops the deployment.
- If the user is NOT in the bamboo-admin group and only has View/Edit/Build/Clone permissions on the plan, the problem still exists.
- If the deployment project is not triggered by the plan and is run manually, the result is the same.
If we are planning to give a user all the admin permissions over a plan, the user can simply be added to the Admin group, but we still should not receive a permission error when all the right permissions exist.
Please see the attached screenshots.
