Oracle jdbc driver is not shipped since Bamboo 5.1.0

      We stopped shipping Oracle jdbc driver since Bamboo 5.1.0 (when we switched from the embedded Jetty to Tomcat). Is it a licensing issue similar to MySQL driver - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-11967?
