Standalone start/stop scripts for Linux don't include sha-bang (#!)

The Bash shell scripts that start and stop Bamboo in the Linux standalone version that is now standard, to not contain the "#!/bin/bash" line that would allow them to be executed according to the instructions (from the shell).
