Init script for bamboo

The bamboo.sh was deprecated in version 5.0 and onwards. There are now two scripts - /bin/start-bamboo.sh and /bin/stop-bamboo.sh

This causes an issue. We used to link to the bamboo.sh script to /etc/init.d/bamboo and could pass the start parameter (and also stop, restart, status).

Separate scripts does away with the status functionality, and makes it more difficult to automate bamboo start/stop with server stop and start issues.
