Ubuntu: EBS x86_64 (linux) (stock image) does not start - Agent stuck on pending

    Description

      EC2 instances never finish starting the agent. They end up getting hung. This only appears to be happening with Ubuntu x86_64 (linux) stock images - ami-4488f72d.
