      Issue Description

When the deployment is tight to a plan and upon the relase of the build to the deployment, artifacts that are tight to the plan should be available for the deployment as well. However the artifact that has variable on its name, is not available for the deployment.

      Steps to replicate

      1. Create a test plan.
      2. Create a deployment that is tight to the test plan.
      3. Make sure the plan has its source repository and make sure the repository has some file inside.
      4. Create two artifact definitions to certain job in that test plan.
      5. Make sure both artifact definitions have different name while the other one include variable on its name, despite of having same copy pattern. For example:
      6. Create some simple task in that plan and build the plan.
      7. Upon the completion of the build, check out the Artifacts tab in Build summary and you will notice the following.
      8. Go back to Build Summary tab and click Create Release button.
      9. Notice that in the deployment summary, the artifact with variable on its name won't be included inside Release Contents.
