Version of deployment on different environment should be retained if they are from the same build

Issue Description
Two deployment on different environment will generate different version despite they are triggered from the same build. This should generate same version as it would be incoherent to generate different release despite they are from same build.

Steps to Replicate

1. Create a simple plan
2. Create two different environment for deployment from same plan
3. Make sure to put trigger After Successful Plan for both environment
4. Run the plan and upon successful notice the version of the deployment will be incremented
