After project key rename information about past builds for issue/project performed for old issue key/project key is not visible. It seems JIRA Bamboo plugin cannot handle project key renames.

More information:
This problem relates to issue keys parsed from commit messages and stored in Bamboo against build results. We have no information about Jira notifying connected applications about project key rename, thus Bamboo doesn't have a chance to act upon this.
