Allow cloning of deployment projects

      It does not appear you can clone deployment projects like you can with build plans. It would be desirable to have functionality to be able to clone deployment projects in the same manner as a build plan. An even further improvement would be to optionally allow cloning deployment projects associated with a build when cloning the build.
