Dynamically defined variables not propagated to deployment environment

This relates to the variable injection plugin.

Variables dynamically added by that plugin are available to the originating plan, however they are not available to any deployment environments associated with the plan. In particular it is not possible to use this plugin to use variables in the release version (e.g. release-${bamboo.inject.version})
