      If project B depends on project A, it would be nice to be able to place project B and its dependencies into a blocked state till A succeeds. We're using ivy for multi project building, and when the parent doesn't pass, it doesn't get published to the repository, so the child project won't see any new changes from the parent, usually leading to compile issues somewhere down stream.

            Didn't have the correct filter, added the same suggestion again, but the other is better detailed. This can be closed since BAM-1412 has better description
