A plan admin should be able to clear errors from build result summary

Currently, only users with admin global permissions and users that are part of the "bamboo-admin" group are able to use the "Clear error from logs" option in the build result summary page. It should be possible for plan administrators to use this feature too. it is not convenient to contact an admin to remove these errors every time they get populated.

Can this be part of the "Edit" permission that should be selected if the admin checkbox is checked?
