      From Customer:

      I want to skip a taks, (or a job ) if shared artifact exists.

      In this specific case, we want to run a set of selenium tests, but only if there were changes to a portion of the application. The tests are triggered in a maven job, and I dislike mucking with maven's lifecycle. The tests are resource intensive and slow.
