Automatic labeling from Jira builds or improve build expiry

currently the Build expiry functionality only allows to filter with Labels

BUT if you start a release Build from JIRA, the build doesn't get a labe, so if you forget to label it manually the release build gets deleted

There are several solution for this:

• Jira labels its Bamboo builds
• the Buildexpiry task is extended with the possibilty to filter also for buildname
• Bamboo provides some automatic label functionality (built in, not through add on)
