Favourites don't work in REST

      I have favourited one of the branches on tardigrade.

      When I list all plans and expand branches then this particular favourited branch has <isFavourite> flag set to false which is a bug.

      We need this working to add branches support to IDE Connectors.

      More, it would be great to filter all plans and branches by 'favourite' flag in one call.

      Both calls contain my favourite branch on the list but it is not marked as favourite:
