Character encoding errors when Hg Mercurial from BitBucket is used

I've created a Hg repository in BitBucket, cloned it locally, added a dumb file, committed it, and pushed back into BitBucket.

In Bamboo I've created a plan that uses this repository, and executed the initial clean build.

Then I've modified the file and committed it two more times using these commit messages:

• Second time:

  Commit utilizando palavras com acentuações. Atualização, compilação, correção, publicação, execução
  

• Third time:

  Commit utilizando palavras com acentuações. Correção, execução
  

When Bamboo polled the repo again and kicked off the second build, this was the result in Code Changes section:

I've tried to reproduce the problem using a local SVN repo, and no errors were displayed.
