Artifacts with spaces are not accessible from Bamboo

When an artifact is created with a space in the file name, then the resulting artifact can not be accessed from the UI and a page not found error is returned with the filename concatenated with a plus ( + ). The workaround is to replace the + with %20. Another workaround is to remove the space from the artifact by editing it from the artifact directory located in \bamboo-home\artifacts\PROJECTKEY-PLANKEY\JOB1 subdirectory.
