Elastic Bamboo support for Amazon EC2 GovCloud

      Amazon recently announced new services available in their ITAR-compliant "GovCloud" and Elastic Bamboo isn't now usable with GovCloud. Please implement this functionality.

      Here's the announcement:

      Dear Amazon Web Services Customer,

      Announcing new services and features in AWS GovCloud (US)

      We are excited to announce that a number of new features and services are now available in the AWS GovCloud (US) region, including Amazon EC2 Cluster Compute instances, Elastic Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS), Amazon Simple Queue Service (Amazon SQS) and Amazon CloudWatch alarms.

      The AWS GovCloud (US) Region

      These new services and features are available in AWS GovCloud (US). AWS GovCloud (US) is an AWS Region designed to allow US government agencies and customers to move more sensitive workloads into the cloud by addressing their specific regulatory and compliance requirements. The AWS GovCloud (US) framework adheres to U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements. Workloads that are appropriate for the AWS GovCloud (US) region include all categories of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), including ITAR, as well as Government oriented publically available data.
