I get a lot of irrelevant email from Bamboo due to the current scenario.

1. Other Dev creates an issue branch for which Bamboo creates a branch build. They commit code such that the build is red.
2. I commit something to master
3. Other Dev merges my commit to their branch
4. Their branch continues to be red
5. I'm now a committer on their branch so I get an email.

The plan configuration really needs an option (on by default I imagine) to not send notifications to people who are only committers by merge.
