Repository Null Error when attempting to delete repo

I was reconfiguring my repositories to allow for the branches functions and now I can't delete a repository from my plan.

It looks like you've fixed something for 4.0.1 but I can't see that it's been released yet. I currently have three repositories on my branch and the build is broken.

I deleted my branches thinking that might help but I still can't delete the repositories off the main build.

I admit I was doing some cleanup and renaming repositories and reconfiguring them. I'm trying to take advantage of the branching but since I don't use GIT I have to configure the repos manually for each branch.

I don't mind doing that, it's still way better than copying the plan every time you branch the repository.

But I am now essentially unable to build.
