My Bamboo assumes that revision numbers are unique across all repositories

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. User commits to svn repo X with rev 232
2. Two years later - user commits to a new svn repo Y with a resulting rev 232.
3. Bamboo shows both #1 and #2 because if does:
a) Queries to find the latest revs and picks up #2
b) Retrieves any builds with revision 232
