This is a useful feature, but it's infrastructure to allow us to ignore merge commits by Bamboo.

Hard code for the moment. We'll probably allow global admins to add additional ones if needed. We prob never want them to remove this (I guess when would they want to create infinite build loops?)

No sure what global [bamboo-system-commit] means.

Would have to separate section in administration?

If you run a manual build will you see the commits?
You do not store that commit, just ignore it, just like the ignore files
Have the ability to ignore globally (something like [bamboo-system-commit] etc)
If it's easy to add to the UI for the Repository (ie like the ignore files) then add it..
Should work for all repo
