Description
Have a "Dependencies" configuration section where I can specify that my Plan will consume the artifacts of another Plan.
These artifacts would then be available to any of the jobs in my Plan.
The most basic use case would be to have a sourceless build plan that takes the artifacts generated in another plan and does something with them like deploy them to a target environment
