    Description

      As described in https://support.atlassian.com/browse/BSP-5713.

      If there's a Triggered Build Strategy configured for a Plan then at the end of build a change detection is triggered. In case a build has commited something to repository then another build is triggered which is not in sync with configured build strategy.
